LOCATION, ACCOM & TRAVEL
The intensive runs from 25-29 November, 2026 in the beautiful town of Sulmona in Abruzzo, Italy. Ideally you would arrive in time for the first practice at 5pm on 25 November, and you would leave after the final practice finishes at 10.30am on the morning of 29 November. You will need to arrange your own transport to and from Sulmona. There are regular buses from major airports in Rome, stopping at Sulmona/Pratola bus stop from which I can help you arrange a short (10 minute) taxi to Sulmona. There are also regular trains from Roma Termini to Sulmona train station, a 1.5km walk to the town centre. You will need to book your own accommodation in Sulmona, there are many options, especially in the quiet month of November.

FAQs
Is this course certified?
I am no longer certifying my courses with Yoga Alliance as such certification means nothing. Once you successfully complete the training, you will receive a PDF certificate with the hours completed, which should be enough for studios employing you.
How long will each day be?
See 'daily schedule' above.
What if I arrive late or need to leave early?
No problem at all.
Do I have to be "advanced" to attend?
No. All levels of yoga experience are welcome.
What do I need to bring?
Comfortable clothes for yoga, walking around Sulmona, and casual clothes for lunches and dinners out. I will provide all mats and yoga props, but you are always welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
